The house enjoys a great location in a quiet position in the countryside, at an altitude of 650 m. above sea level. A large wood of pines, firs and cypresses, belonging to the same property and therefore usable, runs along the left and the building that contains the spaces of the B & B, is surrounded by a large garden of 3000 square meters served by 2 VIALI and 2 COMFORTABLE PARKING FOR CARS.

The structure is a two-story house that houses the wonderful spaces for the B & B:
- on the ground floor there is a DOUBLE BEDROOM with independent bathroom, called CAMERA SMERALDO, on the upper floor there are two other rooms, THE RUBINO DOUBLE ROOM and the SINGLE AMBER BATHROOM with both bathrooms. The latter are all equipped, those of JACUZZI JACUZZI, who shower with TURKISH BATH and HYDROMASSAGE. All rooms are also equipped, among other things, with ULTRA GLASS TV.

B & B Il Sentiero dei Goti born from the idea of ??making an unforgettable experience live for the guests of the beautiful structure just renovated and inaugurated on 1 July 2015.

Breathtaking views on the border between two of the most beautiful Italian regions, MARCHE AND EMILIA ROMAGNA and a State, the REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO, which has also become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The structure takes its name from the very famous TREASURE OF DOMAGNANO, a place (in the Republic of San Marino) where, in the mid-1800s, it was discovered, one of the most important archaeological treasures among the findings of the Italian peninsula. Also called TESORO DEI GOTI, dating back to the V-VI century D. C., jewelery and accessories for dressing in gold and precious stones finely worked. The treasure today is preserved and visible both in the State Museum of the Republic of San Marino and at the British Museum in London.

The house, as you probably will have understood, has high quality finishes: quartzite floors on the lower floor and wooden floors on the upper floor.

The rich BUFFET BREAKFAST will be served in the two living-dining rooms and in them, it will be possible to celebrate every special moment. These large rooms are panoramic and have a large portico, the one on the ground floor and a large terrace with sea and park view, the one on the first floor. In both, there are 2 beautiful wood burning fireplaces, able to create the best atmosphere in the beautiful and unforgettable winter evenings.

The entire property, is accessible by two convenient avenues, is completely fenced so perfect even if host pet can run in complete freedom and security for all 3000 square meters of the park. The 2 accesses to the villa, consisting of automatic gates, have no time constraints, neither for entry nor for exit.

Garden beds and umbrellas, are available to guests so that they can fully enjoy the area, in perfect relaxation.

Beautiful place, starting from the breathtaking view of San Marino to the rooms that have all the necessary comforts. Not to mention the friendliness and availability of the owner who allowed us to park the camper inside; also great breakfast with background music. We will definitely come back, especially to try the pool and whirlpool currently under construction.

Amazing B&B! Spectacular view, friendly and welcoming hosts. I have never felt so appreciated despite my role as a "customer". I highly recommend it to everyone. Great for families with kids. The property is nothing short of "magical"; quiet, secluded, and welcoming. If it were a hotel, I would give it 5 stars and the decor is extraordinary!

I spent 3 days in this wonderful Bed and Breakfast, the availability of the owners was fantastic, for me who had a home there for years it was a bit like coming home, the view is wonderful, the breakfast exceptional. I got to know the property through a 2x1 offer to be used from 3 to 5 March. Due to work, we had to ask for cancellation but Riccardo was so kind as to keep the offer for us (of course, I had offered to pay for both nights) until the day I finally communicated the date of the stay, over two months later.\nBesides this, we felt at home.\nStunning location and view, for us who love uncrowded places. View of Monte Titano and a large garden where my dog Cookie, also well received, could have run as much as he wanted if he weren't so stubborn.\n\nIn conclusion, I thank Riccardo for his availability and kindness throughout the weekend.\nPaola & Alvise and Cookie.

Splendid structure located in an extraordinary position, room with breathtaking panoramic view directly on San Marino and Monte Titano, close to the main tourist locations. Very clean and well-kept premises. The owners Riccardo and Carla are very hospitable, kind, and available for any request. The breakfast is abundant and composed of fresh and quality products. We spent these three days in total tranquility, the hospitality of the owners made us feel at home. We will recommend it and will definitely come back. Thank you for everything.

Everything you would expect to find in a high-level setting, services, cleanliness, attention to detail, and friendliness, Carla and Riccardo have encapsulated them like a pearl in a shell in their B&B. We arrived in Emilia Romagna from Pordenone with our Vespa PX 125, here we found the perfect place that combines the peace of the hills, the genuineness of the Romagna countryside, and the proximity to both San Marino and the sea of Riccione and Rimini. It will definitely be a place we will recommend and return to.

Riccardo, passionate on photovoltaics and renewable energy, together with his wife, teacher, loves to welcome guests in his home. Here you can gather insights on the history of San Marino and Montefeltro (Urbino in particular has always been the homeland). Riccardo takes care of every detail even breakfast, all strictly zero kilometer, produced in the area of ??the Republic of San Marino, Marche and Emilia Romagna. All served at the table both inside the magnificent house and outdoors in the huge garden reserved for guests. In the Bed and Breakfast you will also find a vast library where you can freely read books even in limited edition.
