Really good reception. Nice view at this place, clean and relaxing. We stayed here for only one night because we were traveling to Puglia, but some more nights would be lovely.

An enchanting night in a little paradise between sea and countryside. A pleasant welcome, a plentiful and varied breakfast with homemade cakes. Our only regret is having stayed for just one night. Everything was perfect at a great price. Thank you.

Great location on top of a hill with panoramic view over the Ancona plain. Very flowery garden, charming small pool. Warm welcome even though we missed our connection in Rome, rented a car and arrived at two in the morning - the boss was waiting for us with a smile. Breakfast worthy of a palace. Unbeatable value for money. We went back on our way back.

The 'Il Tesoro di Mario' lacks space for suitcases. Lack of furniture in the bathroom to place toiletry bags. Unpleasant odors of drains in the bathroom.

Enzo, the owner, is a fantastic person, very polite and kind. His bed and breakfast is very nice and in a strategic position for moving around. The rooms are always clean. What can I say… I will return soon.

Wonderful place with a direct sea view and a view of the pool and the hills in the back. Perfect location then. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Rooms very clean, as well as the pool and the common areas. Enzo is a very helpful and kind person. I would not change anything, everything is perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend trying this bed and breakfast.

Very nice place, on the hill of Falconata with a sea view. The bed and breakfast is very well-kept, we enjoyed our stay, we liked it a lot. Varied and quality breakfast. The presence of the pool is an added value in hot periods.

The B&B is located in a panoramic spot, in a beautiful structure with a swimming pool immersed in a nice garden from which you can admire the sunset. The manager is very helpful, friendly, and attentive to solving any needs. From booking for dinner in nearby places to contacting the taxi. We stopped for a bike trip for one night but we would have gladly stayed another night to enjoy some rest and tranquility.

Wonderful gem located on the hills of Marche. Spectacular landscape that can be admired from the property. Rest and peace of the senses. Lovely bed and breakfast nestled in the green hills of Marche and a stone's throw from Conero. Cleanliness and friendliness are the order of the day, and the pool is an added value. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for only one night, arrived in the evening at 9:30 pm and left early in the morning. It was a resting stop for our journey in Salento, but a great facility and Enzo was very helpful and kind, I would happily come back for a few more days! Thank you.

Comfortable stay in a secluded location on a hill behind Falconara Marittima with sea view and surrounded by sunflower fields. Quiet, spacious room and bathroom equipped with all comforts. Super tasty breakfast, very kind and helpful host, even booked the restaurant for us on the evening of our arrival. The pool is a gem. A real jewel to stay in. Mosquitoes practically absent, which is not trivial. The care and attention to detail deserve a full 10.

Place on the beautiful Marche hills, reachable in 10 minutes from the highway exit. Very nice sea view. Presence of a swimming pool and a well-kept garden, a pity to be windy in winter. The owner was very kind. Abundant and varied breakfast (very fresh and delicious cakes).

For our first experience in the Marche region, we hit the mark! The property is located in a charming position, on a quiet hill but at the same time close to the beaches, the manager is a friendly and always available person and the breakfast is rich and abundant. Just returned from a short 4-day break spent in this beautiful structure from every point of view. The room, spacious, clean, equipped with a minibar and air conditioning. The location is perfect to get away from the city, immersed in greenery with a beautiful pool to relax and sunbathe. Mr. Enzo made us feel at home and above all allowed us to spend relaxing holidays in the company of our Balù, who I think had more fun than anyone. I thank again for the kindness shown in solving a small personal inconvenience and recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to feel at home and pampered at the same time. Perfect!

During my stay at Il Tesoro di Mario, I appreciated the high quality of the services offered and the exquisite availability of the staff. The location is ideal for those who want a relaxing holiday, alternating between the nearby beaches of Conero, some excursions in the rich Marche hinterland, and then relaxing by the pool in the tranquility of the countryside, away from traffic but a few minutes by car from shops and good restaurants.

The B&B 'Il Tesoro di Mario' is a beautiful, well-maintained and welcoming accommodation, which can be reached through one of those charming Marche hillside streets, and is located in a delightful position overlooking the sea with the city of Ancona on one side and the Jesi hinterland towards the mountains on the other. Splendid place on the hills of Falconara with a magnificent view of the sea and the countryside. The rooms are very clean and quiet, the managers extremely helpful and friendly. The garden and the pool allowed us to spend a wonderful family holiday with the children. To reach the sea, it is necessary to have a car and in 5 minutes you are on the beach. See you next year!
