The welcome by the owners of the property is very warm and friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. You even get to enjoy the TV. The morning breakfasts are very plentiful and excellent. Between the fresh croissants, fruit salads, and local cold cuts, we have plenty of choices. There is even an internet connection. But the big plus of this B&B is really this large terrace with its sea view that offers us a spectacle in good weather. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Well-furnished and quiet structure located on a hill from which you can easily reach the coast and other renowned nearby locations. In the vicinity, the beautiful Villa Bonaccorsi whose garden is worth a visit.

B&B in a beautiful location with sea view. Welcoming owner. Excellent, clean and very spacious rooms. Excellent well-prepared breakfast. Highly recommended both for visiting Loreto and Recanati and for the sea, which is 4/5 km away.

Immersed in the tranquility of the hill, but 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Porto Potenza, it is an excellent starting point for trips to the most beautiful places in Marche. The structure has very large, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, and a terrace with a spectacular view. Super breakfasts. The welcome of the managers is friendly, attentive, helpful and at the same time discreet. Highly recommended also for motorcyclists.

We stayed at this property for 6 nights, our room was very spacious and well furnished, very comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness and excellent breakfast served in the common room with access to a beautiful terrace with a splendid view of the valley and the sea. We recommend this splendid oasis of tranquility for the attention to detail and the excellent value for money. The managers Sebastiano and Elena are attentive and very kind.

I am Cristina from Rome and I can say that the Bed and Breakfast deserves a 10 in everything. Its location is spectacular, the owners are exquisite people, very attentive to the cleanliness of the spacious rooms where you stay and to the care of the food, healthy and abundant. We are heading to Puglia, my wife and daughters, we stopped at the Vento dell'Est, this splendid place on the hills with a sea view. We were welcomed with kindness and maximum availability by the managers. What can I say, the room is brand new, spacious, clean, large bathroom, all carefully taken care of in every detail. The breakfast (sweet and savory) is plentiful. We have already booked for the return.

Recommended to all motorcyclists for the safety of your vehicle. Wonderful villa on a hill sloping down to the sea. Incredible availability and passion of the managers for taking care of all the details.
