Residence Poggio degli Olivi, located in the center of the valley where the spring waters of Saturnia spa and immersed in the green countryside and is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday and contact with nature.

News Summer 2009: From early May we made available to the guests a new 12 x 6 swimming pool and a gazebo for 70mq.

The complex offers two and three-roomed apartments with every comfort, the ability to walk to the Waterfall Mill, Terme di Saturnia, and golf courses make it a perfect choice for your stay in Saturnia.

An enchanting place, the small villas are delightful, the owners are extraordinary! We had a really good time and I hope to come back soon. Poggio degli Olivi is one of those dream places you will only regret one thing: the moment of departure! Perfect welcome, excellent location just a few steps from the Cascate del Mulino di Saturnia and immersed in the wonderful countryside of Maremma Tuscany. Nature, landscape, scents, and sunsets that will remain in your heart. Pool, whirlpool tub, barbecue & fitness area... Nothing is left to chance. The villas are very charming, very clean, and equipped with every comfort as well as tastefully furnished. We were greeted on our arrival by a delicious homemade orange tart and a bottle of their own excellent red wine. A basket of fresh fruit and everything needed for basic kitchen needs (coffee, tea, salt, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, spices). Extremely kind owners, always attentive and helpful, never intrusive. A truly impeccable structure, cared for in every detail and with love by the Bartolini family: if there were more than 10 stars, it would deserve them all! Definitely recommended and to be revisited as soon as possible. Thanks again for these 3 days in Your beautiful Land: a true Italian excellence that makes us proud all over the world. Excellent bed and breakfast composed of independent villas with private garden. Available to customers, pool with sun loungers, barbecue, bicycles, ping-pong, table football, small football field. Very close to the Terme di Saturnia and the Cascate del Mulino, reachable on foot in a few minutes. Very kind and always available to give advice is Mrs. Gioia, together with her husband Massimo and daughter Cecilia. Excellent as a starting point, the location of the structure; both to visit the beautiful villages of Maremma or upper Lazio like Bolsena with its lake, or if you want to spend some time at the sea of Argentario. I recommend this bed and breakfast for those who want to visit Maremma and send greetings to Mrs. Gioia and her family.

Excellent reception. The managers are very friendly and available for any need. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The place is very beautiful and suitable for those who want to avoid crowds and traffic; excellent for a relaxing holiday, also to be spent at the nearby Saturnia hot springs or on a trip in the surroundings. The cleanliness is very thorough and respects all health prevention regulations, especially regarding COVID. With the best compliments to the Bartolini family.

A beautiful well-maintained place with kind owners. Arrived and received with kindness and a bottle of wine made by them and a pie. The pool is clean. If one wants, they can also have a barbecue. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely return.

When I booked our one-week stay at Poggio degli Olivi, without knowing it, I crossed my fingers hoping to have made the right choice for those, like us, looking for tranquility and rest above all, and I must say that the result went well beyond our expectations. Upon our arrival we found a spectacular location, surrounded by greenery, with very clean and well-kept accommodations (even in the small details), equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and independent stay, and the welcome of the owners, Mrs. Gioia and Mr. Massimo, immediately struck us for their kindness, hospitality, and attention to the guests' needs (the welcome kit with cherry pie and muffins made by Mrs. Gioia made us quickly forget the 6-hour journey!). The pool available to guests is always very clean, and the whirlpool tub adjacent to the pool is a very pleasant bonus that we also took advantage of on days when the sun was not very visible. The B&B offers many solutions for relaxation and entertainment (bicycles, ping pong tables, a small soccer field, a foosball table, a barbecue area for guests well-maintained and functional, a wifi connection always working), and the park is always very well-kept thanks especially to the constant work of Mr. Massimo. The Thermal Center is easily reachable on foot with a 10-minute walk, but I must say that we favored the tranquility and peace provided by the B&B over the confusion of both the Thermal Center and the famous Cascate del Mulino (beautiful in their nature and location, but when the average Italian can enjoy something for free it immediately shows how education, civility, and respect are concepts semi-unknown to him.). We were very satisfied with our stay, we renew our compliments to Mrs. Gioia and Mr. Massimo thanking them for their courtesy and availability, and as soon as we have the opportunity we will definitely return to Poggio degli Olivi.

Magnificent place, all friendly, very nice, impeccable cleanliness, very well-kept, as soon as we arrived they welcomed us with a good homemade tart, oil from their olive trees, so much kindness and friendliness. We stayed 3 nights with friends in 2 villas at Residence Poggio degli Olivi in Saturnia, new clean villas well managed. I recommend it only for adults, I advise against bringing children. The structure is only for the tranquility of adults. Children would be annoying, they cannot play and talk like at home.

I bambini dovrebbero essere educati, non suonare il campanello alle dieci di sera per ben 3 volte consecutive, e i genitori dovrebbero controllarli nel rispetto degli altri ospiti e non lasciarli soli nel residence ad accendere il fuoco del barbecue (andando a passeggio a Pitigliano Km 25 di distanza), perché essendo minorenni si potrebbero anche fare male o danneggiare beni e cose altrui. Noi siamo obbligati a far rispettare le regole sia per la tranquillità delle altre persone che alloggiano al residence ma anche per legge, visto che abbiamo un piano di autocontrollo da rispettare. I genitori sono responsabili dei propri figli! Saluti.

Place that defining beautiful is very simple, but saying that it is stunning is the minimum. The owners are wonderful people, they welcomed us by making us find a nice basket full of delights (pie, oil, wine, honey etc.) during our stay they also gave us tomatoes, salad, peppers. Just arrived at the place: the managers accompanied us to the little house, opened the door and on the table there was a pie made by the lady, a fruit bowl with all kinds of fruit, in the kitchen cabinet there was oil, salt, sugar, coffee machine, pans (in short, everything you need). They showed us the comfortable spaces, a well-kept external garden, near the house there was a swimming pool and a working hot tub, a small football field, bicycles, ping pong table, barbecue. Beautiful experience to repeat, compliments to the Batolini family.

We had a great time. The managers, very kind people, offered us to stay in a small villa in the town of Saturnia since they had finished the accommodations in the residence (a house complete with comfort and very clean). It was an excellent solution for us since we left in the morning and came back in the evening, and to eat we just had to walk out to find pizzerias or restaurants. Besides the Terme del Gorello, there are truly enchanting places to see that seem to have remained suspended in time.

Absolutely nothing to complain about, very positive judgment. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. We stayed in one of the villas in the center of Saturnia. Mrs. Gioia accompanied us and made us find an excellent 'home made' pie. Extremely clean accommodation equipped with everything needed, bedding, bathroom and kitchen linen, even oil, salt, sugar, and coffee! At the end of the stay, Mr. Massimo even gave us a bottle of his own produced wine. We will be back soon!

Apartment in Saturnia village very comfortable and welcoming with some mosquitoes but everything under control. Possibility to use the pool of the agriturismo. We will definitely come back.
