Facciamo l'appunto che da noi avete alloggiato dal 15/8 al 16/8 e non dal 16/8 al 18/8, probabilmente questa recensione non è rivolta alla nostra struttura. In caso, invece, fosse rivolta veramente a noi, ci dispiace e sorprende molto leggere questo giudizio attribuito alla nostra colazione, questo in quanto è uno degli aspetti che curiamo maggiormente nel nostro B&B. Dolci, torte, crostate, biscotti, muffin e quant'altro, vengono rigorosamente fatti in casa da noi a cadenza quotidiana e variati di giorno in giorno, aspetto rinvenibile in tutte le recensioni che abbiamo avuto fino ad oggi. Le uniche cose definite "industriali" nelle nostre colazioni sono le fette biscottate (tra l'altro di una nota marca di prodotti da forno), le marmellate e le nutelle monoporzione, che ogni persona è liberissimo di scegliere o meno, visto che si tratta di un buffet aperto a tutti. L'aspetto più sorprendente è che voi stessi, sia a fine colazione, che al momento del check-out, ci avete rivolto i complimenti anche per l'ottima colazione che è stata servita. Ad ogni modo speriamo di incontrare maggiormente i vostri gusti alla prossima occasione e vi ringraziamo per la recensione ricevuta. Au cas où, cependant, il était vraiment destiné à nous, nous sommes très désolés et très surpris de lire ce jugement attribué à notre petit-déjeuner, c'est l'un des aspects qui nous préoccupent le plus dans notre B & B. Les desserts, les gâteaux, les tartes, les biscuits, les muffins, etc. sont rigoureusement faits maison à la maison chaque jour et varient d'un jour à l'autre, un aspect que l'on retrouve dans tous les avis que nous avons reçus jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Les seules choses définies comme "industrielles" dans nos petits déjeuners sont les biscottes (entre autres choses d’une marque de produits de boulangerie bien connue), les confitures et les nutella en portion unique, que chaque personne est libre de choisir ou non, d'un buffet ouvert à tous. L'aspect le plus surprenant est que vous, à la fin du petit-déjeuner et au moment du départ, nous avez donné leurs compliments pour l'excellent petit-déjeuner servi. Cependant, nous espérons mieux répondre à vos goûts à la prochaine occasion et nous vous remercions de la critique reçue.

Super Bed and Breakfast! Very clean, comfortable, with parking and a fabulous breakfast. Not only is it abundant and varied, but everything is homemade. Excellent! The property is new and suitable for families, children, and strollers. There are no architectural barriers. Nearby there are shops, supermarket, delicatessen (excellent), and ATM.

The B&B part of the structure is located on the ground floor of a house where the owners live on the upper floor. The bedroom where we stayed has an exclusive bathroom, is spacious, and well-maintained. From a hygiene point of view, nothing to complain about. My wife and I only met a lady who managed our arrival and breakfast. This was sufficient. We appreciated two cakes, evidently made by the lady herself. A bit less the rusks, which seemed outdated. Justifying the adequacy of breakfast, only considering the Covid period and low season. The "right price" for such a treatment would have been 50 euros (for two) and not 60, as I actually paid (and without a receipt...).

Tuttavia ci rammarica apprendere dell'attribuzione di una "sufficienza" alla colazione, visto il citato apprezzamento per le due torte preparate, nonché l'alto livello di attenzione che vi dedichiamo sia nella preparazione, che negli ingredienti utilizzati. Ne sono testimoni i tanti clienti affezionati, che ringraziamo, e le numerose recensioni ricevute. Per ultimo, circa il prezzo, si precisa che la scelta della camera da € 60 è stata da voi optata in quanto dotata di servizi interni, differentemente da quella da € 50. La cura che abbiamo dedicato al vostro soggiorno e la preparazione della colazione ci ha distolto nella consegna della richiamata ricevuta, rimasta sulla nostra scrivania e ce ne scusiamo. Se la gradisce chiediamo gentilmente di scriverci e provvederemo tempestivamente ad inviarle una scansione della stessa. Very kind and helpful owners, we all had a great time. The landlady even went out of her way on the day of Ferragosto to get lactose-free products for me as I am intolerant.\n\nClose to Mirabilandia and easily accessible.\n\nI highly recommend the property and if we have another chance in the area, we would definitely return to them!

We stayed only two nights, but they were enough to get to know the very friendly and helpful managers; they made us feel at home! The area is very quiet, great for unwinding, and convenient for reaching Mirabilandia! The rooms are not very large but at the same time comfortable, clean, and with the necessary amenities for a family. Mrs. Viviana prepared excellent sweets and abundant breakfasts for us! Highly recommended.

Excellent facility, clean and comfortable for the size of the rooms. Surrounded by greenery and in a very quiet area, located in the immediate vicinity of the Mirabilandia amusement park. The owners are endowed with the "warmth and courtesy" typical of Romagna. The breakfast is abundant, strictly homemade and served in the garden. It has everything to come back in the future. Great location and very quiet, immersed in the greenery and close to Mirabilandia and Ravenna with its fantastic mosaics. Clean environments and attention to detail and then the fabulous breakfast with homemade cakes and biscuits, the managers, very talented people, kind and very friendly. We had a wonderful holiday, we will definitely come back.

I stayed just one night with my sister and two other friends to go to Mirabilandia, which is very easy to reach (about 5 minutes by car). We took the studio apartment, which is slightly detached from the B&B structure and has a terrace at the entrance overlooking the garden that surrounds the entire structure, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. The breakfast is fantastic and varied: from biscuits to cakes (strictly homemade) to rusks, cereals, jams, Nutella, a unique treat! The owners (mother, father, and son) are very kind, friendly, helpful, and funny! They take care of the structure in every detail, well-kept lawn, extremely clean rooms, tables set up excellently. The geese in the garden made me laugh a lot! There is also a beautiful kitten and many little fish! The view leaves you breathless! I thank the owners who made us spend a fantastic weekend and I recommend this property to everyone! If I were to return to the vicinity of Ravenna, I will definitely know where to stay!

We stayed for two nights to go to Mirabilandia (very close) and visit the surrounding areas. Maximum friendliness and availability from the moment of booking. The structure is surrounded by greenery, quiet, very clean; the rooms are adequately spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The delicious cakes and very good homemade cookies greeted our palates in the morning! Sincere compliments to the owners.

We stayed with our two children at this B&B for just one night to visit Mirabilandia, which is just a stone's throw away. However, if we had had more time, we would definitely have extended our vacation. The outbuilding is beautiful, rustic, with a wonderful veranda overlooking the park where the children greatly appreciated the space, the greenery, and the very friendly ducks. We met Antonio and his dad, very kind people, and gladly enjoyed their homemade breakfast. Next time in Romagna, we will know where to stay.

Family-friendly, clean and welcoming environment, very close to Mirabilandia. The breakfast prepared by the manager with freshly baked pastries, milk, coffee, and orange juice in a kitchen as cozy as ours at home, the manager is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.
