The bed and breakfast is located in the Emilian countryside, easily accessible, quiet and very nice. The host, very courteous and helpful, tried to make our short stay even more enjoyable, providing us with directions to local places in the area where we could taste the local specialties. Recommended.

A beautiful and traditional house, immersed in the Emilian countryside and surrounded by vineyards and orchards. The room is very simple and clean. Mrs. Luciana is an exquisite and very welcoming host. Her excellent jams are a breakfast plus.

Friendliness, pleasant stories in the kitchen with Mrs. Luciana, a walk in the Modenese countryside immersed in the autumn atmosphere. Excellent homemade jams. Possible bike rides. Thank you for the relaxing stay.

Everything perfect! Beautiful structure immersed in the greenery a few kilometers from Carpi and Modena. Great if you want to relax without parking problems or various noises. Very kind managers, homemade breakfast with homemade products. There is also the company of a beautiful big dog and a cat.

Very nice and cozy structure, surrounded by greenery, so there is peace and serenity. Mrs. Luciana is a perfect and friendly hostess who makes excellent desserts. Highly recommended.

I had a great time, tidy room and comfortable bed, you sleep divinely. In these days breakfast was not included, however it is present in the standard booking.

Excellent clean and well-maintained facility, quiet and restful place. The owner, Mrs. Luciana, is an exquisite and helpful person, I believe we will take advantage of her availability whenever possible.
