Very well-kept and clean room. Beautiful welcome, very precise host in giving information about restaurants, parking lots, and bus stop just outside the property. I highly recommend this b&b.

Relaxing place surrounded by greenery, 4 minutes by car from Lerici, very convenient to reach. Mrs. Morena welcomes with great kindness and availability. Breakfast is not provided at the property, but at a bar in Lerici, but Morena still offered us a "delicious" coffee at the B&B.

I recommend this property: Il Casale negli Olivi is very kind and caring. The room is extremely clean and detailed. The bus stop for Lerici is in front of the property's entrance. You rest well because there is a lot of peace. We liked it.

It was a real surprise to find such a comfortable accommodation. The kindness of the owner made the travels easy and all destinations reachable without effort. Beautiful location, in the first inland, but only two kilometers from the sea. And also the value for money satisfied us. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were there last year and we returned this year with great pleasure. Morena is a lovely person and together with her husband they form a charming couple. The place is stunning, excellent for relaxing. It is very clean, with daily change of linens. What can I say, we will be there also next year.

Very beautiful and well-maintained structure. Morena is a very kind, caring and very helpful person to the customer's needs. Unfortunately, the only negative aspect to highlight, as also reported to Morena, is the flow of hot water with which it was difficult to take a shower as it was extremely reduced. The place has a parking lot and is very convenient as the bus stop is right in front of the entrance to the 'Il Casale negli Olivi'.

Il Casale negli Olivi is a structure that combines the serenity of a secluded place and the convenience of connections that quickly reach the areas of interest, from the most typical, such as the Cinque Terre, to the characteristic villages. Very clean and comfortable room. Morena is a fantastic homeowner: attentive and available to recommend the best solutions to visit the area, makes the stay pleasant with her friendliness! We hope to return soon.

Returned a few days ago after a wonderful stay dedicated to relaxation. Mrs. Morena and her husband welcomed us with great sympathy and availability: qualities not taken for granted. The place is immersed in the freshness of an olive grove and the structure is cared for in the smallest details. Its location was strategic for those, like us, who wanted to combine a seaside stay with walks in the Ligurian and Tuscan hinterland. Truly compliments and heartfelt thanks... see you soon!

We spent days of pure relaxation and rest. The caring welcome, in a family style, and the precious suggestions on how to spend our stay immediately made us feel at ease. The room is beautiful and comfortable, as well as the outside, where we enjoyed the coolness of the vegetation during the hottest hours of the day. The location is functional, as it is not far from the beaches, but at the same time, it is isolated from the noises of the center. In short, we had a great time!

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The owner is very kind and always available, the room is spacious, well cleaned, equipped, and very particular in its decor. Strategic location, 2 minutes by car from the sea, 30 minutes from Forte dei Marmi. Highly recommended!

Morena, the owner, super kind, attentive and caring. Very cozy and cool room, in a very quiet and relaxing environment, impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast not available on-site at the moment, brilliantly compensated with vouchers for a seaside bar/restaurant. Highly recommended!

Lovely place, just a few minutes by car from Lerici, an ideal spot to visit the Cinque Terre. Close to Sarzana and Massa, marble quarries. The room is delightful, meticulously cared for, fresh, and very clean. The owner, Mrs. Morena, is very kind and helpful, providing us with many tips on restaurants, parking, and bus schedules. If desired, the bus stop is right at the entrance of the property and you can reach Lerici in no time without worrying about parking. I recommend it without any doubt.

Thanks also to Morena's advice we spent four intense days. After each day spent at the sea or hiking, returning to the tranquility of Morena's house, one forgot that noises and traffic exist in the world. We only spent a weekend but if we had more time we would have definitely liked to stay a few more days! The welcome is the strength of this structure. Morena is wonderful, she devotes herself to the well-being of her guests, she spares no effort. Il Casale negli Olivi is enchanting, the room welcoming, romantic. The cleanliness is excellent. I will highly recommend it.

Splendid structure immersed in a wonderful and extremely peaceful setting. We stayed for a very short period but enough to fall in love with it and promise ourselves to come back very soon. If you are looking for a place surrounded by nature and tranquility, this is the right place. Every corner of Il Casale negli Olivi is taken care of in the smallest detail. In addition to the spacious room, there is a small terrace for guests. Very clean and abundant breakfast. The location is very close to the sea. Add to all this the presence of Morena who will seem like someone you have known forever and who will know how to advise you, but who can also be discreet at the same time. What can I say? After the first time, we felt the need to go back a second time and as soon as we can, we will return.

I'm sorry for giving the highest score to all the items because it means that next time I will have even more trouble finding a place in this beautiful structure run by a fantastic, very nice and cute "tosa", but I just couldn't help but write this review. We had a splendid time and were truly treated as distinguished guests. The structure is very close to the beaches of Lerici and 5 km from the city of Sarzana (both beautiful towns). A heartfelt thank you to Morena and her very nice little family. See you soon, because I will be back.

We stayed as a couple at the Bed & Breakfast 'Il Casale negli Olivi' for four days in July, where we had already been twice, and as always we had a great time! Surrounded by greenery with olive trees, vineyards, and adjacent woods, just a stone's throw from Lerici - 5 minutes by car but easily reachable also by the local bus with a stop right in front of the entrance gate! - it is a family-run structure truly ideal for those who want to enjoy pleasant stays of relaxation and tranquility by the sea, and more. The comfortable and welcoming rooms, cleanliness and order, internal parking, excellent value for money, the freshness of the garden around the villa and also the exquisite kindness and friendliness of Mrs. Morena made us feel comfortable at all times during our stay. Highly recommended!
