We are located at 500 mt from the Felizzano exit (A21 Highway). Closed to Alessandria, in a large old and preserved rural court in the countryside, we offer rooms and apartments for two or more persons, free barbecue, woodfire, small swimmingpool and ping-pong.

Good morning, it is with regret that I must say that this was the most traumatic and dismal experience I have ever had. The photos and the description of the environments do not correspond to reality. The suite cannot really be called that, it does not meet the standards, it is dirty, full of dust and cobwebs. The stairs to access it are not up to code, it feels like climbing into the barn where Heidi used to sleep. The rudeness and bullying of the owner surpass every level. It is absurd, I lived a nightmare. I will not add anything else, but I ask you to verify the structures you promote to avoid these terrible experiences. Finally, there is a total disproportion between quality and price. In the end, she demanded the money even though we decided not to stay, and I tried to negotiate the price amicably. Result? She snatched the money from my hands and left, after following us to the car. Deplorable behavior. I almost forgot, it is not a farmhouse, it does not meet the standards. At most, it can be defined as a dismal bed and breakfast.

Very unique location, surreal atmosphere that evokes images and suggestions of other times. Large and comfortable rooms, old-fashioned style but functional, reminiscent of an era when life was simple and genuine, albeit very hard. Courtyard with a very colorful garden where the spontaneity of the vegetation welcomes with a smile. Suitable for dreamers, pilgrims, travelers, those who love silence and privacy. Not suitable for those who don't know what real countryside is, those who can't adapt, those who expect to find the comforts of contemporary life as if in a luxury hotel in the city center.

Cold room, no heating and hot water. Dated structure.\n\nBooked 7 nights, we stayed only one night because there was no collaboration in resolving the issues.\n\nThe owner kept us one more night than necessary, never again.

We only stayed one night because we were passing through: chosen for the location (a stone's throw from the highway exit) but a shame not to be able to stay longer. Very nice room, helpful and friendly owner.

I do not recommend it to anyone. The rooms are really awful and I even have photos, old sheets not changed for 100 years. Full of insects that have eaten me alive, including fleas. I will never go on vacation there and it's a shame that I can't publish the photos to show everyone how awful it is. They don't have photos on the site on purpose for that. Forget about breakfast, no one gives it to you, in fact, I should ask for a refund.

We stayed in three (couple and child) plus a giant dog. Right from the email contact, there was maximum availability to welcome us, with the proposal of a small apartment, more comfortable, with the dog in a room. We liked the apartment, simple but complete with everything and with thoughtful and successful aesthetic details. Excellent and well-kept welcome from the owner. If we return to that area, we will return to Agriturismo Olivazzi. Thank you.

In a large and ancient rural court, 500 m from A21 Exit 'Felizzano', we offer ospitality in rooms and apartment.
A large double room with bath and the whole material for the breakfast: coffee milk jam - done by us!- fresh bread...We are half way among Asti and Alexandria, around 15 km each. Starting from or farm it's easy and comfortable to go and visit the closest cities (15 km: Asti, Alessandria).
In the farmhouse, a vaste and ancient rural court, we have covered and closed spaces to escape the hottest day hours...
The agriturismo has a small porch with barbecue and firewood oven for the guests, a small swimming pool, an ample barn with ping pong and table games...in short, a beautiful relax!
The cost? starting from 50 Euro for two people.
