We enjoyed our stay a lot at this lovely place. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean with a private terrace. Giancarlo and Emilio are most cordial hosts and always well reachable. Giancarlo is also a very talented cook and we enjoyed his dinner a couple of times during our stay. To reach this exceptional house on top of a hill you will need a car, Olbia town as well as the airport are only 15-20 minutes drive away and you will find several beaches within 30 minutes. We would surely like to return some day.

It was a great stay! The hosts were so lovely, great breakfast, our room was very spacious, clean and stunningly decorated. We will definitely come back!

The location is good after arriving at Olbia airport, close by but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of a city. However, it is not that convenient if one stays longer and plans day trips from there, as it is too remote and far to drive to beaches, restaurants, and to discover the island. Overall, the comfort of the home and the hospitality of the hosts, combined with the opportunity to meet other interesting guests, make the stay very enjoyable. Additionally, the chance to experience high-quality home-cooked dinners is a real treat.

Even though they surely had a lot of guests in the past years, you can feel that Emilio and Giancarlo appreciate each one of them and do everything with a lot of passion. The property is located on the top of a quiet hill, perfect for a calm and relaxing stay. Everything is decorated with heart and a good eye for unique design.\n\nThe evening dinner is something very special - not only because of the excellent food, but because you easily connect with everyone. Giancarlo and Emilio create a sense of home that is one of a kind, and they do their best to make everyone comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at La Grazia Sale, located on the top of a hill with an amazing view and a beautiful garden. Giancarlo and Emilio are the kindest hosts we ever had and did their utmost to make us feel welcomed. We recommend having dinner at least once at the B&B since Giancarlo is an amazing cook. The breakfast is very complete and delicious (coffee, fruits, cake, bread and a special salty meal that changes every day), so you won't be hungry until dinner time. The room was beautiful with a large bathroom and a nice terrace with a view. Emilio decorated the house with a lot of taste, many details, and in a spirit of recycling, this house is a piece of art. Thank you Giancarlo and Emilio for making our stay so nice.

Our stay at La Grazia Sale was perfect. The home was located high up in the hills, away from the noise and traffic of Olbia. It was perfectly quiet and peaceful yet still close enough to the coast and its beaches. Excellent. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and charming, decorated with style. In addition to La Grazia's location and the home, the hosts made the stay exceptional. Their kindness and generosity were above and beyond what we've come to expect at B&Bs. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and did so with smiles on their faces. We had dinner at La Grazia on both nights, and the meal was delicious, executed with the utmost care and attention. In short, it was a wonderful stay, a perfect stay. We will be back, and we do not hesitate for one second to recommend La Grazia Sale.

This B&B is owned by 2 unique owners, Emilio, who is an artist and handyman, and Giancarlo, master of hospitality and cooking. The location, although lost in the mountains, is a little paradise. If you wish to experience travel by getting to know the people, the food, nature, and simplicity, this is the place to go! Honestly, I want to keep this place a secret, just for me and my loved ones. Every person who stays there cannot forget either the setting or the fabulous individuals that Giancarlo and Emilio are.

A little piece of heaven in the hills outside Olbia. We arrived with no expectations and left expecting every bed and breakfast we ever visit in the future to be a disappointment compared with La Grazia Sale. From the time we arrived on the small, half-paved road until we left down the same road, we were treated in an amazing manner, despite some initial language difficulties. Giancarlo and Emilion ensured that we spent one night at a restaurant in Olbia, and the rest eating and enjoying their tremendous company in La Grazia Sale. The food, in all its simplicity, was made from local ingredients and was fantastic, both breakfast and dinner. The rooms were all different and designed by the owners. For anyone seeking inspiration in interior design, the details of the house and its surroundings never ceased to amaze us. The front and back porch, the kitchen, and the other rooms created a perfect atmosphere in which to relax, and the views from the hilltop provided the perfect backdrop. We will be back, thank you to both Emilio and Giancarlo for giving us an amazing experience in Sardinia when one was needed.

Wonderful accommodation with great hosts - the additional offered dinner was a 4-course menu every day at its best with wine, water, and coffee - served on the terrace at a large table for 8 people and a brilliant view, always gladly, just for this accommodation it is worth staying near Olbia.

Our stay at La Grazia Sale was an absolute dream. The accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of Olbia (about a 15-minute drive away), yet in a completely quiet and secluded location. The house of Giancarlo and Emilio is simply beautiful. It is decorated with great love down to the very last detail and with exceptional taste. Wherever you look, and no matter how many times, you always discover new wonderful things. Almost everything has been designed by Emilio himself. Each room is different and one is more beautiful than the other. Everything here is just perfect, from the wonderful flower arrangements to the dishes, every flower, every rug, every picture - everything is selected with great care, attention, and a grand eye for detail. The two hosts are wonderful, friendly, and warm people. It is a very personal, family contact. We had many very nice conversations. Even when Emilio and Giancarlo had family guests, we were invited to join them at the table for a drink and spent another wonderful evening together. Giancarlo is a gifted and passionate cook. Delicious and very abundant meals with local products were served - some even from the neighborhood. For us, the meals were a bit too abundant, but Giancarlo adjusted the portions for us :) Delicious wine is served with the meals and in addition, we were able to taste Mirto, Grappa, and other specialties. We owe our most beautiful tours in Sardinia to Emilio and Giancarlo, as they pointed out destinations beyond the tourist attractions. Finally, a trip to Sardinia in the off-season (we were here at the end of May for a week) is highly recommended. The island is covered by a single huge carpet of flowers and if you move away from the tourist paths, you can enjoy nature and sometimes even the most beautiful bays completely alone. My parents were absolutely envious when we decided to spend a week's vacation with Emilio and Giancarlo - they had been there two years ago. It was a dreamy relaxing time where my boyfriend and I could simply relax and then roll into bed after a typical Italian/Sardinian dinner on the veranda overlooking Olbia. Those Gallurean ravioli and tiramisu! Simply heavenly! Their home is full of creative ideas that miraculously seem to fit together and Giancarlo and Emilio treat you more like a dear friend visiting than a guest. A dreamy place for a wonderful vacation!

Emilio and Giancarlo's B&B is ideal for a quiet time for two. The journey there is an adventure in itself: many curves and cattle farms adorn the way. The B&B is beautifully decorated and run with great love. You are always warmly welcomed upon arrival with a glass of wine, and their little cat Velu brings life to the house. If you are too tired to head back into town in the evening, Giancarlo (with prior notice) cooks a delicious menu with wine pairing. The price of 25 euros is quite reasonable for Olbia standards. If you prefer a bit of anonymity or expect a program, you are better off elsewhere. The word stress is completely unknown, and great importance is placed on the personal well-being of the guests.

Total relaxation! We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay with Giancarlo and Emilio. They lovingly take care of their guests in a wonderful environment; both the house and the surroundings are beautiful. A heartfelt thank you from Munich.

After spending a week at 'La Grazia Sale', we thought we wouldn't want to write any review. Because we wanted to keep the little paradise between the scent of myrtle and the sky just for ourselves.\n\nThen it was so special that we can't help but talk about this quiet house, full of color, charm, pampered with affectionate discretion by Giancarlo and Emilio.\n\nThey spoiled us so much that we always stayed for dinner, to enjoy the delicacies prepared by Giancarlo. Every evening a surprise of flavors, but also a feast for the eyes for the beautiful 'mise en place' by Emilio.\n\nIn a moment you reach beautiful beaches and in the evening you feel privileged to return up, where La Grazia Sale. Now we know why.

At La Grazia Sale, it feels like being on vacation with friends, in a wonderful place, with all the benefits of being on vacation with dear friends and without the inconveniences. The hosts are more than welcoming, they are kind, friendly, professional, discreet, and very attentive to all the needs of their guests. The property is meticulously cared for, enjoys an optimal position to visit Gallura and a delightful view over the bay of Olbia, also benefiting from all the advantages of being immersed in the countryside: besides the chirping of crickets and birds, no other noise is heard. The cuisine is amazing, imaginative, simple, genuine, abundant (even too much) and varied. Giancarlo delights us with products from the garden and with pasta, fish, meats, cold cuts, and cheeses purchased daily; Emilio adds the finishing touch to the evening by offering us a delicious myrtle liqueur that is appreciated after the excellent wines tasted during dinner. What else to add? We would like to go back as soon as possible.

When we arrived, we immediately understood that it would be a 'different' vacation, because it feels like arriving at a friend's place. Giancarlo delighted us with typical and genuine dishes, he personally knows every supplier and the products are very fresh. Emilio, with his creative flair, created lamps, tables, and every single object around speaks of him. Don't miss the outdoor shower! They were an integral part of our vacation, and we can't forget that evening when we returned from the emergency room and found two myrtle trees in the room with a note saying 'good night', or all the dinners where besides eating magnificently, we had a lot of fun listening to their stories of when they were 'wealthy'. We were pampered, and their home became our home. I don't know when we will return, but this vacation will remain one of the best memories because they are the added value of our Sardinia 2015.

I took my time before leaving a review, because it's really difficult to describe in words the exquisite hospitality we received from Giancarlo and Emilio, the beauty of the places and their home. I talk about home not by chance, because that's exactly what it is: my friend Vanessa and I felt welcomed in a friends' house and pampered as it's hardly possible in a normal accommodation facility. Unfortunately, our stay was short (we will definitely be back as soon as possible!), but it left in our hearts a feeling of pleasantness and well-being that, even weeks later, continues to accompany us. Staying at La Grazia Sale makes you realize that every single detail stems from so much professionalism, passion, and love. Thank you very much G&E for being who you are: absolutely unique.

Throughout my life, I have visited many B&Bs but 'La Grazia Sale' is absolutely the best. Located a few kilometers from Costa Smeralda, it is ideal for spending enchanting days where simple things like having breakfast, sunbathing in the garden, reading a book, or enjoying the joys of Wi-Fi are colored with dreamlike shades. Every corner of the B&B is tastefully furnished: the salon-kitchen with arabesque traits is both chic and welcoming, the bedrooms are spacious and bright, and the view of the surrounding hills is visible from the multi-floral garden provided with an orchard, which is restorative for the spirit. Talking with Giancarlo and Emilio, the hosts who have been managing this delightful B&B for a few years, perfect for a romantic getaway or a family stay, was enlightening: available, lively, welcoming, and professional, they fall into the category of people you never want to be without. Giancarlo, a superb cook, surprised me every day with delicious and captivating dishes: from Sardinian specialties (fregola with clams, malloreddos) to traditional dishes like meatloaf or fish alla isolana, and even pizza, the overall score is a 10, plus honors. Emilio, originally from Olbia, provided me with essential directions to reach paradise beaches like Cala Volpe, Porto Istana, La Cinta di San Teodoro, and the characteristic villages located near the B&B. Spending four days in this B&B made my stay unforgettable; returning is my goal so that 'La Grazia Sale' can rise again.

The most beautiful place full of colors, memories never lived, infused with life, joys, and sorrows, where I have ever been fills the heart and mind with fantasy!
