Villa Relax is a spacious and comfortable villa available for holiday rentals, with a private swimming pool, located a short distance from the beautiful city of Assisi, in Umbria.

Inside, the villa is tastefully furnished in a classic style and offers every comfort to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. The welcoming and spacious interiors can accommodate up to 16 people thanks to the 6 bedrooms equipped with private bathroom and shower.

In the well-kept outdoor garden there is a beautiful private swimming pool with sun loungers: an ideal place to relax and cool off during the long summer days. Furthermore, there is a fully equipped barbecue area with an adjacent gazebo, a football pitch and private covered parking.

The structure is in a very quiet area. Each room is independent and has its own key. Each room is equipped with a TV and private bathroom.

Very beautiful farmhouse 10 minutes from Assisi and Spello. Ideal for very large families or, like us, a group of friends. Extremely kind and friendly owner, always ready to answer our questions. The pool is exceptional. Lovely outdoor space with gazebo, large barbecue, foosball, ping pong, and football field. The house has several double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, which is definitely an added value. We highly recommend it to those who want to spend time with family and/or friends without ever getting bored and to visit Assisi but especially Spello, which truly deserves it.

The villa was opened in 2004 and is the home of my father's family. It is a welcoming and comfortable place where visitors can enjoy a relaxing holiday surrounded by beautiful nature. The farmhouse offers a variety of services that include the possibility of tasting local products, walking in the surrounding fields, visiting the historical sites of the region or simply relaxing by the pool. The location of the farmhouse just 5 km from Assisi is perfect for those who want an authentic and peaceful experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rustic and family atmosphere of the farmhouse, together with the beauty of the rural surroundings, make it the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday.
