Located above the charming town of Varenna, guests will enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Como.

Offering accomodations for couples, families and large groups.

The estate is located 2. 5 km uphill Varenna and consists in a 60 acres ground with a uniquely beautiful landscape. The beautiful large garden with olives trees and roses bushes surrounds 9 independent units, 3 pools and a tennis court.

The estate is a spectacular setting for weddings parties and celebrations.

The beautiful property has several paths, gardens and seating areas for guests to enjoy, as well a breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Next to property is the old village, although there are no shops there, guests can enjoy the specialities of the local inexpensive restaurant located at just 2 minutes walk.

Varenna is about 2, 5 km by car. You can also visit Varenna by foot with good walking shoes on a downhill path which takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

Breakfast not served at the property. Friendliness of staff varies depending on the individuals but rather good as long as one can communicate in English. Great disappointment upon arrival at the accommodation, very clean but not meeting our expectations. We never received the promised descriptive document. Access areas to the accommodation are poorly lit at night. The garbage room is not indicated. Recreation areas are not signposted. The photos of the pool displayed on the establishment's website suggest a large infinity pool overlooking the lake; the pool with a view of the lake is pleasant but significantly smaller than the one presented in the advertising slideshow. The great asset of this holiday home is the exceptional view of Lake Como.
