Acanto Country House is a welcoming Relais which has been created within an old farmhouse on the Monte Conero promontory, built of white stone and set on a hillside bathed by sunlight. The view ranges from Sirolo and Numana on the sea to the hills of the Marches. The gaze rests first of all on the Basilica of Loreto and the hills of Recanati, Castelfidardo, Osimo and Camerano, then loses itself in the distance in the Sibilline Mountains and the summits of the Monti della Laga.Located inside Conero Regional Park, barely 3 km from the beaches of Sirolo, the farmhouse is situated on one of the most popular footpaths, the Pecorara Ring, and looks out over the Gulf. It has an exclusive 10,000 square metre park, partly planted with olive trees and partly meadow, where until the 1950s the haystacks for the entire estate used to be built. In the evening, hares can be seen running between the newly harvested cornfields, as well as pheasants in search of food.In this place, the proprietors have found what they had been seeking for a long time. The project to improve the property took several years. The restructuring was carried out by a firm with great experience in the field of restoration. The furnishings in the house are the fruit of a passionate search by the proprietors among antique markets and fairs. The result is an exclusive refuge, a stone’s throw from the sea, which the proprietors did not want to keep to themselves, but to open to anyone who wants to stay awhile on the magnificent Conero Riviera.
