Buongiorno, vi ringraziamo per la bella recensione davvero molto gradita!!! Precisiamo che nella nostra struttura il bagno in comune è previsto solo per famiglie o gruppi di amici: per nostra scelta non accettiamo prenotazione di entrambe le camere con bagno comune da persone estranee, preferiamo lasciare una camera libera (non prenotabile) come è stato nel vostro caso. My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights at the end of August in this property. The room is located on the first floor of a villa located in the outskirts of Ascoli Piceno. On the ground floor live the owners, very discreet, kind and friendly people who make visitors feel at ease. The bathroom is outside the bedroom, but at least during our stay, we were alone in the property so it was for our exclusive use. Also on the first floor, there is a common room equipped for breakfast with a fridge available to guests. In practice, it was like having the entire floor available as a mini apartment without a kitchen. Breakfast consists of packaged products to which a homemade dessert is added. There are also fruit juices and it is possible to use the machines to make coffee, cappuccino, tea, herbal teas, etc. As mentioned, the owners are very kind and never intrusive. The room and bathroom are new and clean. The disadvantage could be the location, as the property is located a few km from Ascoli in an isolated area served by a not particularly convenient road. From a different point of view, this can be an advantage for those looking for a stay in complete relaxation away from the noise and lights of the city.

The structure, new and welcoming, offers everything needed for a peaceful stay, immersed in nature, yet not too far from Ascoli Piceno with all its historical and scenic beauties. The house is tastefully and elegantly furnished. The breakfast is rich, and in particular, we appreciated the sweets. Excellent is the vin cotto, a house specialty. The friendliness and kindness of our host were very much appreciated. The house mascot, loved by children, is the goat Berta.

Comfortable and private structure surrounded by greenery just a short distance from the center. Easy to find and with all the amenities. Excellent cleanliness and location, interesting breakfast. The owner is nice.

Good structure, in the hills a few kilometers from Ascoli. Clean room and sufficiently spacious. Kind and helpful the owner. Complete but standard breakfast (everything packaged).
