No network, no air conditioning but very noisy fans.

Casale77 is a farmhouse immersed in the countryside, well-kept and comfortable. Mrs. Laura, who manages the place, is very kind. The property is quiet and equipped with a large garden with pergola and well-kept lawn. The single room with a queen bed is quite spacious and has a bathroom equally spacious and very clean. Additionally, there is a parking spot. The only downside is the lack of breakfast, but if you plan ahead, you can have it independently as there is access to a kitchen, fridge, and espresso machine. For the price-quality ratio, I would say I am fully satisfied. If I find myself in that area again, I will gladly return.

Some pros and some cons. Overall, we had a good experience, the structure is suitable for such use, however there are things to improve and services to integrate. Pros: quiet and fairly silent area, well-organized structure, ample and covered parking spaces, central location compared to the most beautiful places in the area (meaning that in less than an hour you can reach the Terme di Saturnia, the forts of Argentario and all the most beautiful beaches to the north and south). Cons: insufficient mosquito nets, cramped room size (in the double room, you can't open the wardrobe doors because they hit the bed), lack of air conditioning, small refrigerator (too small for a building that can accommodate almost 20 people), breakfast. Regarding breakfast, I would like to point out that in the first three days it was more than enough, unfortunately on the fourth day the quality began to decrease as the cakes and juices began to get old. The juices (packaged and poured into a pitcher), on the fifth day showed the first signs of expiration, while on the sixth day unfortunately they had become undrinkable because they had fermented and were now sparkling. The cakes are partly packaged and partly homemade, unfortunately the situation is the same, after the fourth day the fresh cakes become dry, pasty or not fragrant. The packaged brioches could at least be filled, instead they are sadly empty. The whole breakfast is sweet and does not take into account those who prefer savory. The manager is very kind but hard to reach, I recommend investing in improvements to provide more services, but above all to revolutionize and review the concept of breakfast, because despite many reviews writing positively about it, it's not actually like that and the person writing this is someone who only drinks fruit juice in the morning and for two mornings unfortunately couldn't even drink that. I ask the managers not to delete my review, I took a long time to explain the situation according to my experience, one must accept compliments as well as criticisms. In conclusion, I add that for the amount spent I accepted everything without ever complaining, but it is right to let the managers know what they can improve and what potential customers could find or not find.

The Casale77 is immersed in nature a few kilometers from Monte Argentario and Orbetello. Strategic location. Breakfast prepared by the owner of excellent quality. Everything is very nice!

Very nice farmhouse, spacious and well-kept garden immersed in a beautiful countryside. Functional rooms, a bit noisy those near the kitchen for breakfast. 5 minutes by car from Feniglia and 2 from Aurelia.

The Casale is located in the agricultural area, in a quiet and peaceful place but far from the sea and services that are not within walking distance. We certainly appreciated the tranquility! The rooms would need to be modernized. The breakfast is good and plentiful. Unfortunately, the amount we were asked for at check-out did not correspond to what was stated on the website. For one night, it was a good accommodation.

Casale77 very nice, in the middle of nature. Mrs. Laura very nice and an excellent landlady. Very abundant breakfast.

Very nice and quiet place, Mrs. Laura extremely courteous and helpful. We went with a small child and we were fine. Only negative note the creaky beds. Otherwise everything perfect.
