Come and visit the smallest farmhouse in Italy!
Only a Cottage with 2 + 2 beds. Our farm does not play on size but on charm. Our farm was already before the nineteenth century. In the second half of the twentieth century it was transformed into a holiday home by an elegant lady from the city. Now I, my cat and my dog have turned it into a farm and we want to share it with guests from all over the world. Here everything is special: the small well-kept house, the large garden full of ancient trees and colorful flowers, the wonderful view of the medieval citadel of Gubbio and the hospitality of a person who does it for passion and not for money.
The cottage with a living room with seating area and fireplace and dining area, a small but perfectly equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed, with a real mattress!

Our farmhouse is located at Gubbio art and culture location, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view nearby Collina. "La Panoramica Gubbio - Maison De Charme" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, unique, distinctive style, a building of the past brought into the present with unique touches guaranteeing top comfort.
